Payments

Payments made through this website are processed using the secure payment gateways provided by Squarespace.com and Stripe.com. You do not need to register with these services to purchase—you can pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details. Payment is taken in Australian dollars and the currency conversion for international buyers will happen automatically through your debit/credit card.

Shipping

Most orders will be packed and shipped from Brisbane within 5 working days. Within Australia the pieces are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

Most Australian deliveries will arrive to metro areas within 2-5 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 days in total. Please note: we are all experiencing postage delays due to COVID19 issues. I cannot guarantee any specific delivery timelines as this is in the hands of Australia Post.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

I can ship internationally, please email me before placing your order to obtain a quote. Include your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns

I hope my artwork will be a beautiful addition to your home that you will enjoy for many years to come.

If a piece is not as you expect, please contact me by email within 7 days of taking delivery to request a return and refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as was used to send to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and payment gateway (Stripe) fees.

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Australia.

Damaged Delivery

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me by email within 7 days and attach a photograph of the damage.
